returns + exchanges


 

Jarboe will replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Jarboe will accept returns for exchange or store credit within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Should you wish to exchange the item for an alternative size or color please contact: theshop@jarboeinc.com to initiate a return or exchange. Customer will be responsible for any shipping and handling costs with any return or exchange.

Jarboe will accept items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition for exchange or store credit. All labels and tags must be attached or in the original packaging.

Clearance items, gift cards, items that are marked non-returnable or final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

If we shipped the wrong product or your items are damaged in transit, please contact theshop@jarboeinc.com within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange and we will send you a return label.

All returned or exchanged items must be shipped to the address provided by customer service to be processed. All applicable shipping costs from the original order are non- refundable.
